State Revenue Office in Ballarat is seeking Customer Service Officers to support land revenue services. You will manage customer inquiries by email, phone and correspondence, keep customer databases current, and help meet performance targets in a adaptable, home-friendly setup.

These roles are based in Ballarat GovHub with ongoing and fixed-term opportunities, reporting to a Team Leader. Good communication and dependable delivery are essential.
