TerryWhite Chemmart Albany Creek is looking for a Retail Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working with people, developing a team and helping a busy community pharmacy perform at its best.
You’ll work closely with our Store Manager, Dispensary Manager and pharmacy team, with genuine input into how the retail side of the business operates and develops.
About you
- An experienced Pharmacy Retail Manager; or
- A capable 2IC, Assistant Manager or senior Pharmacy Assistant ready for your next step
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable leading and supporting others
- Proactive and willing to take ownership
- Interested in merchandising, stock management and retail performance
- A strong communicator and team player
What we offer
- Monday to Friday
- No regular weekend work
- Full time, 38 hours per week
- Possibility of a four-day compressed working week
