The Opportunity

We're seeking Casual Cellar & Bar Attendants to join our Beverage team. This is a hands-on role combining customer-facing bar service with behind-the-scenes cellar operations. You will help ensure our bars are well stocked, our products are presented to a high standard and our members and guests receive exceptional service every time they visit.

Experience is preferred but not essential. We're looking for someone willing to learn, contribute to the team and develop their cellar knowledge on the job.

Key Responsibilities

Bar Service

- Deliver friendly, efficient and skilled service
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with RSA requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas
- Assist with opening, closing and general operational duties




- Support a positive and welcoming member experience
- Perform all duties according to the WHS Code of Practice
- Receive, move and store stock safely
- Rotate stock and maintain stock integrity
- Replenish bars and beverage outlets
- Assist with stock control and stocktaking activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of cellar areas
- Support quality standards for beverage storage and dispensing equipment

About You

You are:

- Customer focused and enjoy working with people
- Reliable, energetic and able to work as part of a team
- Physically capable of manual handling and lifting duties associated with cellar work
- Well presented with strong communication skills
- Available to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Current NSW RSA Competency Card
- Current NSW RCG Competency Card
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
