Churches of Christ in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Support Practitioner to join the Children, Youth & Families team in the Mackay area. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide crisis intervention and advocacy to support children, young people and families.

You will work with internal teams and external agencies, ensure accurate records, and promote culturally protected services.
