Hitachi Global Air Power Australia in Mackay is seeking a customer service qualified to coordinate administration and scheduling for our Field Service Technicians. You will keep customers informed and help ensure jobs run smoothly in a busy team environment.

You will manage work orders in our CRM, liaise with parts and travel times across Mackay, prepare quotations, and assist with contractor management forms. Experience in SAP or CRM systems and MS Outlook/Excel is beneficial.
