Confidentiality and compliance: Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality while following practice procedures and relevant administrative requirements.

Reception and supplies: Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area, monitor office supplies and amenities, and report reordering requirements to the Procurement Officer.

Continuous improvement: Identify administrative discrepancies, system issues or opportunities to improve efficiency, and communicate these to the appropriate team member.
