The Royal Melbourne Hospital in Parkville is seeking a caring Customer Service Clerk to join the Specialist Clinics team. Two part-time, fixed-term roles run through May 2027, supporting patients, referrers and busy clinics with appointments, referrals and enquiries.

You will be a key contact for patients, handling multiple channels and contributing to a positive patient experience in a rapid-paced environment.
