Amazon is seeking an experienced Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead the Reliability Maintenance and Engineering Team in Australia. You will manage a team of up to 6 including Supervisors and Technicians, focusing on equipment reliability and secure, efficient site operations.

Based at one of our operational sites, you will mentor staff, drive preventative maintenance, set training, and collaborate with the wider network to implement safety and statutory compliance.
