RUSH is seeking an experienced ER/IR qualified to join the Brisbane team as an Industrial Advocates Advisor. You will manage live workplace disputes and support members through unfair dismissal, general protections, and pay-related issues.
You will run your own caseload from first contact to resolution, advise on disciplinary processes, underpayments and termination, and apply the Fair Work Act and awards to real situations, while collaborating with in-house lawyers.
