Keyton is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales teams across Queensland. Based on the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane, you will drive regional performance, develop capability within the team, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes while hitting commercial targets.

You will manage a portfolio of retirement villages, coach Sales Managers, forecast sales, and partner with Marketing and Operations to maximise lead generation and village presentation standards.
