Ampol is seeking a Site Conversion Lead to drive national deployment of retail site conversions. You will coordinate across Field Operations, PMO, vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant and on-time rollout with minimal business disruption.

You will lead a team, manage governance, and continuously improve the conversion lifecycle, balancing safety, operational excellence and commercial outcomes across Australia.
