BUSY At Work in Toowoomba is seeking a dynamic leader to head Employment Services and Transition to Work across multiple locations. You will drive service delivery, mentor staff, and ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are met in a supportive, high-performance environment.

This fixed-term role runs until June 2027, with a competitive salary circa 83k AUD plus super and a company car, plus a strong bonus program and career development opportunities.
