About Us

Mega Stone Aluminium Pty Ltd is a well-established and leading supplier of aluminium products based in Padstow, Sydney.

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking a motivated, reliable and customer-focused Counter Sales Person to join our friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional and friendly customer service to trade and retail customers.

Assist customers with product enquiries, pricing and sales.

Process customer orders received over the counter, by telephone and through other communication channels.

Liaise with the warehouse and accounts teams to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.

Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.

Perform general filing, data entry and administrative duties.

Assist with other day-to-day office and sales activities as required.

Skills & Experience

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

Strong customer service skills and an interest in sales.





Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A friendly, skilled and positive attitude.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Previous experience and knowledge in the aluminium, building materials or a similar industry would be highly regarded. For the right candidate, there are opportunities for career progression into a team leader or supervisory role.
