HCF is seeking a Provider Services Officer to deliver exceptional service to doctors, surgeons, hospital teams and members from our Parramatta contact centre. The role is permanent part time, four days a week, with hybrid working and a requirement to work in the office at least two days per week.
The role involves handling 50–70 calls daily, resolving complex inquiries, maintaining data accuracy, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs and policies.
