Sea Swift is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support safety management systems and compliance across depots and marine vessels. The role involves frequent travel to North Queensland locations and on-board operations, reporting to the Health and Safety Manager.

You will drive risk-based strategies, audits, KPI tracking, incident investigations, and stakeholder engagement to foster a solid safety culture across the business.
