Easygo is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to partner with the Engineering Manager, owning delivery, architecture, and squad maturity. You will drive decomposition of complex systems, guide engineers toward technical excellence, and grow the squad’s capabilities while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

You will mentor mid-to-senior engineers, review code and architecture, and shape the squad’s technical direction in a fast-paced entertainment tech setting.
