Australia Post is seeking a Digital Content Producer in Melbourne for an 8-month fixed-term prospect with hybrid working and three days in the office. You’ll shape how customers experience Australia Post online, creating and improving content across websites, the Online Shop and other digital channels.

You’ll combine content writing, UX and data skills to make information easier to find and to drive stronger customer outcomes.
