Chosen Family is seeking a Disability Support Worker to support a male participant in Hawthorn, SA. The role focuses on LGBTQIA+ inclusive, person-centered care across daily living, personal care, and community participation.

We welcome applicants who are LGBTQIA+ identifying or allies, with a compassionate, patient approach. Shifts include morning and afternoon slots, with adaptable days and initiation of relationships based on participant needs.
