ING is seeking a Senior Business Partner, Risk & Control to join its Lending Operations unit in Sydney. You will partner with senior leaders to strengthen risk management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across lending products and processes.

You will lead RCSAs, risk profiling, and change initiatives, acting as a trusted adviser to the first line and coordinating with second line risk and compliance teams.
