Key Responsibilities:
- Help manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from initial instruction to settlement.
- Provide ongoing support to the Property Solicitors and Principal Solicitors
- Conduct thorough property searches, prepare, and review contracts, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Use of PEXA and Leap Cloud would be desirable but training can be provided
- Maintain accurate records and manage all administrative aspects of the conveyancing process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-2 years PQE with proven experience in conveyancing/property law.
- In-depth knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and MS Office.
