Every cup we serve has a story. It might start with a farmer we've worked alongside for years, or with a recent processing method developed with our producers. It finishes with you, at the counter or the table. The Cupping Room and ONA Coffee House are part of the ONA Coffee family, and we believe great coffee comes from great relationships, from farm to roastery to guest.

We're growing our teams across both venues and are looking for front of house all-rounders and baristas. Part-time roles of up to 30 hours per week and casual roles are available , so you can choose the venue and the hours that fit your life. You can apply for one venue or be considered for both.

What you'll do

Welcome guests and make every visit feel personal, whether it's a regular's quick takeaway or someone's first filter flight

Work across the floor: orders, food and drink service, table care, and keeping the venue looking its best

Prepare espresso and filter coffee to ONA's specifications (barista applicants), or build those skills with us

Share the stories behind our coffees, from origin to cup,



in a way that's approachable and engaging

Support your team in a fast-paced, premium environment where details matter

Who we're looking for

A genuine love of hospitality and of looking after people

A curious mind. You want to learn about origin, processing, brewing and the people behind our beans

Care for quality and consistency, even when it's busy

A positive team player who communicates well and is calm under pressure

Reliability and availability across [weekdays / weekends / early mornings]

Barista experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most

Ongoing coffee and service training within one of Australia's most respected specialty coffee companies

Exposure to unique and competition-level coffees, with real career pathways from the floor to the bar and beyond

Flexible part-time (up to 30 hrs) or casual arrangements at either venue
