Designer – Graphic and Industrial (Junior and Experienced Opportunities)

Trick Group is seeking both junior and experienced designers to join our Design & Compliance Team. You will work alongside our current Design team to produce high-quality work that meets creative, technical and production requirements across a diverse range of projects and business divisions. The role offers junior applicants the opportunity to build their technical expertise and practical skills, while experienced applicants can contribute their knowledge and take ownership of more complex work. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Rutherford office. We offer a Monday-to-Friday work week, with the option of a 9-day fortnight to support a healthy work–life balance.

Key responsibilities

Creating concepts from design briefs

Collaborating with other team members on products and projects

Producing an array of manufacturing type files

Adhering to corporate Style/Brand Guidelines

Work within the team to develop, then implement, internal process and procedures

About you

Relevant training or qualifications in graphic design, industrial design or a related discipline, including university, TAFE, other tertiary or relevant secondary qualifications,



or equivalent practical experience

Experience in industrial or manufacturing Design desirable

Skilled with the Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign for Graphic Design and/or CAD software for industrial Design

Have an understanding of Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook and Excel

Current Drivers licence

Be flexible and have multi-tasking skills

Have positive time management attributes to deliver on demanding timelines

A high level of passion, quality control and pride in your work

Positive approach to multiple tasks and ability to handle pressure at various times
