As we continue to grow and prepare for our exciting transition to a new state-of-the-art facility in Pemulwuy, we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter who is hands-on and proactive. We are a company where everyone pitches in when needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage line set up/changeovers and provide daily production support
- Conduct regular inspections and perform preventative maintenance using our computerized system (Fixx)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform fault-finding and troubleshooting to minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and monitor equipment performance
- Collaborate with production staff to optimize equipment functionality
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and quality standards




- Assist with the setup and commissioning of new equipment at our upcoming Pemulwuy site

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter in FMCG environment
- Knowledge of GMP
- Robust mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance best practices
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards
- Flexibility with start/finish times and availability to work Saturdays when required
