Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking a People Compliance Program Manager to join our People and Culture team in a fixed-term project role based in Bendigo.

The role will design and implement a major people compliance program across employee relations and payroll, coordinating governance, specialist advice, and multiple workstreams while leading the People Compliance team to deliver sustainable compliance and organisational improvement outcomes.
