Glitch Productions is hiring a People Operations Manager to scale our HR systems and processes globally. You will own Deel as our HRIS, drive end-to-end employee lifecycle workflows, and collaborate with People Partners to support managers and teams across multiple countries.
You will implement automated data workflows, maintain HR data integrity, and work with Finance and IT on integrations. A solid focus on reporting and process improvement is required.
