IKEA Australia is seeking an Operations Manager (Fulfilment & Logistics) to lead a large operational team, driving performance, engagement and continuous improvement for a seamless customer experience. The role reports to the Fulfilment Manager and carries the internal title of Fulfilment Operations Manager.

The position requires availability across early mornings to evenings (4am–9pm) on weekdays, with alternating weekends and public holidays as needed.
