Clough Limited is seeking an ER/IR Advisor to join the K2 Team in Perth. The role provides specialist employee and industrial relations support for the K2 Project, including compliance with enterprise agreements, industrial instruments, legislation, and site IR protocols.

Frequent site visits to Kwinana are required. The position advances a major gas power generation project (K2) near Perth, with Webuild’s broader infrastructure and energy portfolio.
