Whiddon is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer (Scheduling) for our Residential Aged Care facility in Glenfield. You will coordinate scheduling for Community Care clients, handle shared inboxes and calls, and maintain rosters while ensuring accurate data entry and KPI tracking.

This casual role offers shifts across Monday to Friday from 6am to 6pm, fostering a supportive team culture within Whiddon’s community-focused setting.
