Position Summary

As a Room Attendant, you will support our Housekeeping team with essential operational tasks and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

Assist the Housekeeping team with various operational tasks, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of daily activities.

Develop a thorough understanding of the luxury hotel and its surroundings to provide exceptional guest service and exceed expectations.

Efficiently turnover guest rooms, ensuring that timelines and operational needs are consistently met.

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in guest rooms with a keen eye for detail and a focus on high-quality service.

Ensure that all housekeeping equipment is well-maintained and in good working order.

Thrive in both independent and team settings, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Build and nurture relationships with guests, delivering legendary service and maintaining a high standard of attention.

About You

Previous experience in housekeeping within luxury properties is advantageous.





Possess Working Rights in Australia.
