Nova Systems is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcing Advisor for a six‑month, hands‑on contract. Based in Adelaide or Canberra, you will proactively source engineering and technical talent and help turn challenging searches into outstanding hires.

You will work closely with TA Partners, screen and pre‑qualify candidates, build talent pools, and use LinkedIn, the ATS and other channels to meet current and future recruitment needs.
