Ideally looking for a seasoned telecom professional with strong field operations exposure who can bridge business, delivery, and operational teams while driving Agile transformation across large-scale network and service delivery environments.

Required Skills:

- Lead Agile transformation initiatives across field operations and network delivery teams.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and operational leaders on Agile principles and best practices.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning, and Value Stream workshops.
- Build Agile maturity and establish continuous improvement frameworks.
- 10+ years in telecommunications. Strong exposure to:
- Network Operations
- Field Services
- Service Assurance
- Service Delivery
- Infrastructure Rollout Programs
- Fiber and Fixed Wireless Networks
- Workforce Management
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- ICAgile Certified Qualified (ICP-ACC / ICP-ATF)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Desirable)
