C&K; is seeking a proactive Family Engagement Specialist in Kedron, Qld. This fixed-term, full-time role (6 months with possible extension) offers a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with versatile start/finish times.

You will build enrolment systems, manage lead pipelines and drive occupancy growth across services. You’ll collaborate with centre leaders and Marketing, use data to identify barriers, and create consistent ways of working that improve family engagement
