We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Solution Architect with a utilities industry background to lead

the migration of CRM data from an SAP-based platform to a SaaS solution. The role will focus on

architecting secure, scalable Azure-based migration and integration solutions that support complex utilities

customer data domains, regulatory requirements, and customer service operations.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in Azure and CRM data models, enabling a smooth

transition from legacy SAP landscapes to contemporary SaaS platforms with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end Azure architectures to support SAP-to-SaaS data migration in a utilities context.

Data Migration

- Architect migration of utilities CRM data, including customer, account, premise, meter, contract,
- billing, and interaction data.
- Ensure data models are mapped correctly between SAP, Azure, and SaaS CRM platforms.
- Define reconciliation, validation, and exception-handling processes to support billing accuracy and
