Homes Victoria is seeking a Principal Project Manager – Development Partnerships to advance social and affordable housing through robust partnerships with Community Housing Providers, developers and builders in metropolitan and regional Victoria.

You will identify development sites, assess feasibility, manage land transactions and maintain effective stakeholder relationships with state government agencies to support timely project delivery and risk management.
