Textron Aviation in Perth's Jandakot Service Centre is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to support the West Coast region. You will be the main point of contact for customers and for less tenured CSMs, coordinating with the Service Center Team to maintain robust customer relationships.

You will respond to inquiries, oversee maintenance scheduling, upsell value-added programs, and ensure safety and proper invoicing.
