Bathers' Pavilion is seeking a skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our two-hatted restaurant team at Balmoral Beach. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader on the floor, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This role is available on a casual or part-time basis and requires a dedicated, hands-on presence during service.

Bathers' Pavilion is an iconic Sydney destination located at Balmoral Beach. Our venue features a 2-hatted restaurant, an upscale bistro, and a Thai restaurant. We offer a premium, beachside dining environment just 20 minutes from the CBD.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the floor team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
- Oversee daily operations, including staff briefings, meal timings, and end-of-shift procedures.
- Coordinate staff training and mentorship as required.
- Maintain an impeccable level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with Restaurant Managers and Directors.
- Ensure a strong, dedicated presence on the floor during peak service times.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant setting.
- Full working rights for Australia.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic with a high degree of responsibility.
- Ability to work cohesively within a high-performing team.
- Work alongside renowned chefs including Aaron Ward and Perry Hill.
- Nutritious staff meals provided daily.
