Healthscope is seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to lead the Perioperative Services team at John Fawkner Private Hospital in Melbourne. The role combines operational oversight with hands-on clinical leadership to drive protected, high‑quality surgical care.

You’ll coordinate theatre activities, supervise nursing staff, and mentor team members while advancing NSQHS standards and accreditation activities.
