The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Control for the APAC region to lead financial control, reporting, governance, and performance. The role oversees a finance team and is responsible for regional financial and management reporting, period-end processes, balance sheet and general ledger control, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital. Additional responsibilities include statutory reporting, audit, tax, treasury, compliance, risk management, inventory and product costing, capital expenditure analysis, and finance systems improvement. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to strengthen financial visibility, assess performance, support decision-making, and develop the finance team.Candidates should hold a CA or CPA qualification and bring senior financial control experience in a complex business.



Experience in manufacturing, consumer goods, distribution, or another inventory-based environment is preferred, along with strong statutory and management reporting skills and knowledge of tax, treasury, governance, and compliance. The role also requires expertise in inventory, costing, working capital, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning and analysis. Experience with large enterprise resource planning systems, finance transformation, and leading and developing teams is important, as are the ability to coach and challenge others and provide explicit advice to senior leaders.
