Department of Education Victoria seeks an Administration Support Officer for Thriving Kids, supporting the Executive Director across Victoria’s regions from Coburg or Footscray. The role focuses on coordination, diary management, meetings and document preparation to enable timely policy implementation.

You will liaise with regional teams and stakeholders, prepare briefing materials, and manage information flows in a fast-paced setting.
