TeamKids is recruiting for a Program Manager to lead a large OSHC/Childcare service. You'll coach the in office leadership team, provide daily guidance on the floor, and partner with a Regional Manager and HQ support to deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.
You’ll manage day-to-day operations across Before, After and Vacation Care with emphasis on safety, quality, and community engagement, while growing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
