The Role – Hands-On & Varied

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders

- Receiving deliveries and putting away stock

- Loading and unloading incoming goods and containers

- Preparing orders for freight collection

- Maintaining accurate stock locations and inventory records

- Using warehouse systems to process orders and stock movements

- Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

- Working closely with your teammates to meet daily dispatch requirements

This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse, so you'll need to be comfortable with physical work,



managing competing priorities and working efficiently without compromising accuracy.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Must-Haves:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment

- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude

- Good attention to detail and pride in accurate work

- Confidence using computers and warehouse systems

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

- A positive, practical attitude and willingness to get stuck in

Bonus Points For:

- A current forklift licence (desirable, not essential)

- Experience with counterbalance or reach forklifts

- Experience using MYOB Acumatica or similar warehouse systems

- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control

- Experience coordinating freight and dispatch

We're more interested in finding the right person with solid warehouse experience and a great attitude than someone who ticks every box.
