Lu Mare is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Wollongong. This full-time role oversees daily operations, leads front-of-house staff and ensures exceptional dining experiences with effective service.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in restaurant management, strong leadership and customer service skills, and a solid understanding of hospitality standards. Salary ranges AU$79,000–AU$80,000 per year plus 12% superannuation.
