Silver Chain Group is seeking a Care Worker to support older clients at home in Blacktown and surrounding areas. The role requires a Cert III and at least 6 months' experience in aged care or related fields, with a valid license and a personal vehicle.
You will perform general housekeeping and personal care tasks, assist with medications, mobility, and daily activities, and help families by providing reliable, compassionate support in the home. Training and CPR/First Aid courses are provided.
