Starbucks Australia is seeking a Technology Operations Manager to lead technology operations across our stores and Support Centre. You will drive reliable, secure and scalable services, work with partners and vendors to improve service levels, reduce spend, strengthen security and enable growth.
Reporting to the CIO, this role will own networks, devices, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, while ensuring incident management and operational excellence across a multi-site store network.
