Communify is seeking a compassionate Brief Intervention Worker to join the Bardon Neighbourhood Centre team on a part time basis (3 days per week). The role delivers brief interventions, crisis support, advocacy and practical assistance to individuals and families, while fostering resilience and community access to services.
You will conduct assessments, coordinate referrals, support emergency relief programs and engage with financial inclusion initiatives, including NILS.
