City Venue Management (CVM) is recruiting for multiple Customer Experience Manager roles across our recent Gold Coast venues. You will lead the Customer Service team, own the end-to-end customer journey, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a high-quality experience at every touchpoint.
You will drive service standards, recruit and develop staff, and coach the team to convert enquiries into memberships while maintaining welcoming retail spaces and consistent operations across venues.
