We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Amazon Christmas Casual Promoters to represent one of the world's leading tech brands during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year!

- Thursday to Sunday with 4-hour rostered day shifts
n
- Training starts: 23 November 2026
n
- In-Store Campaign runs: from 26 November 2026 through to Christmas week
n
- Employment Type: Casual, temporary contract
n
- Location: JB Hi-Fi – Osborne Park, WA
n
- Completive Casual rate - $34.76 + Super + weekend penalty rates
n

What You'll Be Doing

n

As an Amazon Christmas Promoter, you'll be the face of the brand in-store, helping customers discover some of Amazon's most popular products, including:

n

n
- Kindle
n
- Fire TV Stick
n
- Echo Smart Home Device
n

n

n

You’ll deliver product demonstrations, create positive customer experiences, support product sales and build strong relationships with customers and the JB Hi-Fi team

n

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Delivering engaging and interactive product demonstrations
n
- Creating memorable customer experiences and driving product sales
n
- Building solid relationships with customers and JB Hi-Fi team members
n




- Representing the Amazon brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence
n
- Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge support
n

What you’ll need

n

· Previous retail sales, customer service or promotional experience

n

· A genuine interest in consumer technology

n

· Confident communication and strong people skills

n

· Comfort using technology for reporting and uploading photos

n

· Energy, attention to detail and a positive attitude

n

· Must be able to travel to Melbourne for Training from Monday 23rd to Wed 25thof NOV (this is mandatory)

n
