The Opportunity

CGC Recruitment is a national specialist in the built environment, with established offices across Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. Over the past 16+ years, we’ve built a strong reputation partnering with some of Australia’s leading contractors, consultancies, and design studios.

We’re looking for a driven recruiter to take ownership of a well‑established engineering desk, focused on placing white‑collar professionals into permanent roles.

This is not a cold start. You’ll step into a warm market with existing relationships, live roles, and candidate flow, giving you the platform to bill quickly while continuing to grow your own network.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Building and managing relationships with key engineering clients
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for white‑collar roles
- Leveraging an established database and active candidate pool
- Positioning yourself as a specialist within your vertical

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset and interest in business development
- Ability to manage your own desk while contributing to a team
- Ambition to build a long‑term career in engineering recruitment

Salary Range $80k - $90k + Super + Commission
