Team Global Express is seeking two Premium Service Coordinators to monitor high-priority freight from pickup to delivery at Melbourne Airport. You will proactively track shipments, liaise with depots and drivers, and keep customers updated with accurate information. This full-time role requires excellent communication and a customer-first mindset.
Two vacancies exist: 1 permanent full time and 1 fixed-term until 12 November 2027. Monday–Friday with a rotating 8:00am–5:30pm schedule.
