Austal Defence Australia (ADA) is seeking a Workforce Planning Lead to drive the transformation of operationalising workforce planning for the Strategic Shipbuilding Agreement (SSA). You will lead data-driven decision making, improve workforce optimisation, and shape governance, processes and data platforms for scalable SSA operations.

The role requires senior leadership experience in complex environments, ability to uplift planning maturity, and proficiency with workforce management platforms
